Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nothing to cancel

There are no subscriptions or auto-renewals. A pass (Starter: ; Pro: ; Pro Lifetime: ) is a one-time payment. A timed pass simply ends after its period, and we never charge you again.

Full refund within 7 days

You can have a full refund of any pass you bought, within 7 days of paying, if you haven’t downloaded, printed or emailed anything while that pass was active. We check this against our own download record, so there is nothing for you to prove. Once a resume has been downloaded, printed or emailed with that access, or after 7 days, the payment is not refundable because you have used it.

Pro Lifetime has the same 7-day window as every other pass. After that it is not refundable.

Passes given to you free of charge, such as a friend’s invite, have nothing to refund. Resumes unlocked with the earlier single-resume payment (no longer sold) stay unlocked, and the cases below apply to them.

When we also refund

• The PDF you downloaded is corrupted, or doesn’t match what you saw in the editor, and we can’t fix it.
• You were charged but your download access wasn’t switched on, and we can’t activate it for you.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.

How to request a refund

Write to us within 7 days of the payment through the contact page or at support@cvember.com. Include the email address on your account and the payment ID from your billing history or your Razorpay, PhonePe or PayPal receipt. Requests are handled by email only.

How long it takes

We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds always go back to the original payment method (the card, UPI account, wallet or PayPal account you paid with), through Razorpay or PhonePe in India or PayPal outside India, and usually reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
