How and when it is delivered
Access is switched on in your account as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment — normally within seconds, and in every case within a few minutes. You then download the PDF yourself from the editor or your dashboard, as many times as you like while your download access lasts. No email, code or shipment is involved.
If access doesn't appear
Refresh the page first — a slow connection can delay the confirmation. If your download access still doesn't show after a successful payment, write to support@cvember.com with the payment ID from your Razorpay, PhonePe or PayPal receipt and we will activate it or, if we can't, refund it under our Refund Policy.
