Dear Hiring Manager,
I am applying for the Warehouse Associate job at your Bhiwandi fulfilment centre, which I saw on the Apna app. I passed Class XII last year and worked through last year's festive season as a picker-packer at an e-commerce warehouse in Bhiwandi.
During those two months I picked about 110 items an hour with a handheld scanner, against a target of 90, and packed and labelled more than 400 parcels a shift. None of the wrong-item complaints that came back were traced to my picks, because I checked each item against the screen before scanning. I learnt the bin location system quickly and followed the safety rules on shoes, aisles and lifting.
I have completed a warehouse safety induction and I hold a two-wheeler licence. I speak Hindi and Marathi.
I can work any shift, including nights and the festive peak, and can join immediately. I am happy to come for a trial day on the floor so your shift lead can see my speed and accuracy.
Yours sincerely,
Dennis Okoye

Dear Hiring Manager,
I would like to apply for the Inbound Team Lead position at your Hoskote distribution centre. I have four years in an FMCG warehouse run by a 3PL in Hoskote, and for the last two I have been senior associate on inbound and inventory.
We receive twelve to fifteen trucks a day. Unloading used to take about 90 minutes a truck because pallets were staged wherever there was space. I worked with the shift lead to mark pallet-ready slots near each dock and started calling trucks in by slot, and unloading now takes 55 minutes. I also run daily cycle counts, and inventory accuracy has stayed at 99.6%. I am trained on counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks and use SAP EWM for receiving and put-away. I have trained fifteen new associates on the system and on safety.
Before inbound I picked and staged more than 600 cases a shift with no safety incidents.
My notice period is 15 days, and I am ready to start on any shift.
Yours sincerely,
Luis Carrasco
