Warehouse Supervisor Resume Examples & Format
A warehouse supervisor runs a shift on the floor: planning the day's inbound, putaway, picking, packing and shipping, assigning loaders, pickers and forklift operators, checking receipts against purchase orders and bills of lading, and making sure stock in the system matches stock on the rack. A warehouse supervisor resume should prove skills such as inbound, putaway, picking, packing and shipping planning, receiving against PO and bill of lading, and cycle count and stock reconciliation with numbers from your own work. What does a warehouse supervisor do?
Supervisors work in e-commerce fulfillment centers, third-party logistics (3PL) hubs, auto-parts, food and pharma distribution warehouses, and cold storage. You lead a team of 20 to 80 on a shift, run cycle counts, enforce FIFO or FEFO, handle damages and shortages and keep safety rules for forklifts and racking. A warehouse manager owns the whole site and its cost; a supervisor owns the shift and the people on it. The page should show shift size, daily volume, accuracy, on-time shipping and safety numbers.

FAQ
Warehouse Supervisor resume questions, answered.
Still unsure? Send us a message — a real person replies.
What should a resume for warehouse supervisor jobs look like?
One page: headline with shift size and WMS, a short summary, experience lines with numbers, skills, education and safety cards. Lead each job with the number of people you led and the volume you moved, then accuracy, on-time shipping and safety results.
How is a warehouse supervisor different from a warehouse manager on a resume?
A supervisor resume shows one shift, its people and its KPIs. A manager resume adds site budget, client accounts, systems and hiring. Do not claim contracts or cost targets that belong to the manager, as an interviewer will ask you about them.
Is a store supervisor resume the same?
Close, but a store supervisor often works in a retail store or plant stockroom. A warehouse supervisor handles shipping to customers or stores, so show outbound volume, shift size, accuracy and equipment such as forklifts and the WMS you used.
