Key takeaways
- The free Basic plan lets you make one single-page resume with predefined layouts and no cover letter.
- Premium unlocks multiple versions, no branding, up to 10 pages, custom layouts, a matching cover letter and more fonts and colours.
- Prices shown in rupees: ₹1299 for a month, ₹2499 for a quarter and ₹8499 for a year.
- Novoresume says Premium is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
- It lists a refund request within the first 14 days, and says you can try most Premium features in Basic but not download them.
- It suits people who want a polished one-page resume and a no-renewal plan. It is a weaker fit if you want many free versions.
What Novoresume is
Novoresume is a browser builder with a free plan aimed at students and a paid Premium account. Its pricing page says it is trusted by 16M+ job seekers and describes its resumes as ATS friendly, both of which are its own statements.
How Novoresume works
You build the resume in the browser on one of its layouts. The FAQ says most Premium features, marked with a white star, can be tried inside a Basic account, and that the one difference is that downloading a document that uses Premium features is not possible on Basic.
That is a fair way to try before buying. It also means you may spend time on a design you cannot download until you upgrade, so decide before you invest the hours.
What Basic and Premium include
This is the comparison on the pricing page, with what it implies.
The Basic plan
Basic is free with no time limit. It lists a single version, a maximum of a 1-page resume, predefined layouts, no cover letter, 3 fonts and 30 colour themes. The page calls it ideal for students.
The Premium plan
Premium lists multiple versions, no watermark or branding, up to 10 pages, a custom layout, a matching cover letter, 12 fonts, 74 colour themes, creative backgrounds, 4 picture styles, rating styles, icons for interests and specialised sections.
Novoresume pricing and refunds
Premium comes by the month, quarter or year. The prices below are what its pricing page showed in Indian rupees on 18 October 2026; tax shown on the page is an estimate and can vary by location.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | Free | One version, a 1-page resume, predefined layouts, no cover letter, 3 fonts, 30 colour themes |
| Premium, one month | ₹1299 | Multiple versions, no branding, up to 10 pages, custom layout, matching cover letter, 12 fonts, 74 colour themes and more |
| Premium, one quarter | ₹2499 | The same Premium features; the page shows a saving of ₹1398 |
| Premium, one year | ₹8499 | The same Premium features; the page shows a saving of ₹7089 |
Renewal and refunds: the page says "Pay once. No recurring billing." and "There Is No Automatic Subscription." It lists a refund request within the first 14 days. Your information stays in your account after Premium ends, according to the FAQ.
What Novoresume says about itself
The page calls its resumes ATS friendly and cites 16M+ users. It publishes no test of how applicant tracking software reads its layouts, and the user figure is not tied to a date or a definition of a user.
The no-renewal wording is more specific: it appears in the plan box and in the FAQ. That is a point in its favour, though you should still check the checkout screen, since a plan page can change.

Who Novoresume is best for
A good fit if
- You want a polished one-page resume
- You want a plan that does not renew
- You like to try a design before paying
A weaker fit if
- You want several free versions for different jobs
- You need a Word file
- You want published parser test results
Novoresume review: final verdict
Novoresume is a builder with a free plan for a single resume and a Premium plan that, by its own account, does not renew. Because Premium features can be tried in a Basic account, you can see the finished design before you pay.
Its limits are the one-page free plan, the PDF-only downloads and the lack of published ATS tests. If you want several versions without paying and parser tests on the layouts, the comparison below shows where we differ.
